Once you have registered and been verified, you can set up your Property Crowd account.

Your Property Crowd account is an account which shows your fund balance with The Property Crowd. It is a formal understanding between you and The Property Crowd where The Property Crowd holds the money you deposit or receive (either through distributions or the sale of PropertyShares) in a trust account for you.

Fund transfers into your Property Crowd account are made via electronic banking connected to every major New Zealand bank. You will need to select and link a cheque or transaction account to your Property Crowd account, we cannot process transactions from savings accounts. Transfers can take between 1-2 business days to for the funds to appear in your account.

In order to buy PropertyShares and receive the proceeds from the sale and/or distributions from PropertyShares you must have a Property Crowd account.

When buying or selling PropertyShares your Property Crowd account will be debited or credited (as applicable) with all funds required to settle the transaction.
