Each property’s holding company enters into a management agreement with an appointed third-party Property Management Company, assigning them the responsibility of all property management functions including:

The cost to the property's holding company is 7.5% + GST of the gross rental income and deducted from the rent (alongside other expenses) ahead of payment of any distributions. The fee gives you the benefit of an "all in service".
